Overused cliches aside, many of the coaches remember their start too. We can also attest that the scariest moments are the first ones. The hardest part is taking the first step into the gym. The rest only gets easier from there.

You don’t need to be fit to start - you just need to start. Our classes are designed to build strength and stamina from wherever you are today. You’ll be surprised with how quickly you improve.

The goal of our classes is for you to go at your own pace. That being said, if you have an injury, be sure to tell the coaches. Injuries are common, and there are plenty of ways to modify trainings and drills to keep recovery on track.

Self-protection has no age limit. Whether you’re 18 or 60, anyone can learn how to protect themselves. Unlike other types of martial arts, Krav Maga is not based on age, gender, strength or size. More than anything, it's a mindset that screams "I am not going to be a victim!"
